Questions
Do the tips always win?
No. Every tip is an opinion based on form, stats and odds. We publish every result, wins and losses, on the History page so you can judge for yourself. Only stake what you can afford to lose.
Which payments do you accept?
Mobile Money in Uganda: MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money. After you pick a plan we send a prompt to your MTN or Airtel number. Enter your Mobile Money PIN to approve it. We never see your PIN. Other networks are not supported.
How long does my plan last?
Your plan starts the moment your payment is confirmed. A daily pass lasts 24 hours, a weekend pass 3 days, a weekly VIP 7 days and a monthly VIP 30 days. Nothing renews automatically.
I changed phones. How do I get back in?
Open the My code tab and paste the access code you received after paying. Your plan unlocks on the new phone for as long as it has time left.
Can I get a refund?
Tips are digital and unlock straight away, so payments are not refundable once access starts. If you paid and your plan did not unlock, email with your Mobile Money confirmation message and we will fix it.
